Familia!
Hello! So Transfer calls happened....And I'm staying with Hermana Warner and am going to be covering the WHOLE MV5 ward again! The people in this ward absolutely have capture my heart and I'm so grateful to be able to continue to serve with them.
So, I hope you've all been able to enjoy the beautiful lakes this week for me because this past week was a hot one! With temperatures over 100 degrees and with our car full of water bottles, Hermana Warner and I worked so hard and were able to see so many miracles. We got into doors we usually don't get into and we even were able to "find" (rather she found us) a new investigator, Solidad.
We were walking the streets of Via Iglesia in hopes of trying to stop by a few of our less-active members, when were heard someone yelling for the angels to come talk to here. Confused we looked around, trying to understand what was going on when we saw her pointing directly at us! She hobbled over to us and immediately started crying saying that God had brought us to her. We went back to her home and chatted with her on her porch for 15 minutes. We found out that Solidad is 82 year old Catholic woman who came over to the states a couple of years ago. Due to age and tragic situations, she has lost almost all of her family. We taught her a couple of points of the Plan of Salvation and gave her a Plan pamplet. She grabbed it, kissed it and with tears in her eyes she sold us that she knew that it was true. She knew that God had sent us to her to share His love with her. We are so excited for her and for the progress she is already making. We have a return apt with her this week. We cannot wait to see what Heavenly Father has in store for another one of his precious daughters.
I love being a missionary. I love this work. I know that it's His. I know that God is aware of each of us and of each of our individual needs. He knows we have weaknesses, however, he takes us as we are and helps us to become so much more than we could ever imagine. His love is infinite.
I love you all so much.
You have my hearts.

Our favorite guy Manuel also hooked us up with some super adorable Peruvian pens personalized with our name. He's great and has a heart of gold

We got to have one last hoorah breakfast with all of the missionaries this morning at our beloved Hermana Rodriguez, our mission Moms, home. It was great to spend some time with them one last time before they all go home Wednesday morning. They have touched my heart and have helped me change for the better.

Two weeks ago, I also was blessed by the adorable, Itzel, to experiance a authentic mexcian icecream truck. It was such a treat and she even helped me pick out the best flavor (coconut of course! ;) )! She's such a doll and we're so excited for her next step! Look out college! Here comes Itzel! :)
